When homes in Kilham were built, and what that means for the frames

Around Kilham centre, the Valuation Office Agency counts 770 properties: 32% built before 1919, 5% between the wars, 10% from 1945 to 1972, 29% from 1973 to 1999 and 22% since 2000.
