ColourHaus is a specialist spray painting and refinishing company based at Unit 9 Taverners Walk, Sheepscar, Leeds. Since 2015 we have transformed kitchens, cabinets, uPVC windows and doors, garage and front doors, furniture and interiors for homeowners across the whole of Yorkshire. We hold a 5-star rating from more than 255 Google reviews.

Our work is built on a simple idea: most kitchens and surfaces do not need replacing, they need refinishing. By respraying existing units, doors and frames to a factory-smooth finish, we save our customers 70 to 80% against the cost of full replacement, with far less mess and disruption.

Meet the Founder

ColourHaus was founded by Matthew Ramsden, who built the business around a single principle: refinish, don't replace. What began in 2015 as a hands-on spray painting service has grown into one of Yorkshire's most-reviewed refinishing specialists, with Matthew personally leading the team and setting the standard for every finish that leaves a job. When customers mention "Matt" in their reviews, that is him, on site and accountable for the result.

The business is incorporated as ColourHaus Decorating Ltd (registered in England and Wales, Company No. 14914535), with Matthew Ramsden as its sole director, so every project carries the responsibility of a named, registered business owner rather than an anonymous trader.

Our Process

Every project starts with a free, no-obligation home visit. We assess the surfaces, discuss colours with physical sample boards, and provide a fixed-price written quote. On the day of work we degrease, sand, fill and prime before applying the colour and protective topcoat, then inspect and sign off the finished result before issuing your written guarantee.
