Kitchen Cabinet and Door Spraying
Kitchen cabinet spray painting is the most popular ColourHaus service and the one we are most known for. We remove all doors and drawer fronts, transport them to our workshop and spray them with the Kolorbond certified coating system before returning and re-hanging them. Carcasses are sprayed in situ. The result is a factory-quality finish in any colour, from off-white through sage green to deep navy or gloss black.
We work on all door materials: solid wood, MDF, thermofoil, laminate and painted wood. Doors that are chipped, scratched or faded respond well to the preparation and spray process. The typical turnaround for a full kitchen is one to two days on site.
Typical cost: 800 to 2,500 pounds depending on kitchen size, door count and complexity. Full detail in our complete guide to kitchen spray painting. See also the kitchen refinishing service page.
Kitchen Refinishing
Kitchen refinishing goes a step beyond a simple colour change. It includes a full assessment of the kitchen condition, replacement of any damaged or warped doors, adjustment of hinges and runners for correct alignment, and the full spray process. It is the most complete kitchen refresh option short of a full replacement and is particularly suited to kitchens that are structurally good but showing their age.
Typical cost: 1,200 to 3,500 pounds. Turnaround: two to three days. Finance: 0% over 6 or 12 months.
Front Door Spraying
Front door spraying is consistently our second most popular service. A one-day job that transforms the most visible surface on the exterior of a home. We repair minor damage, prime and apply two coats of high-durability exterior lacquer in any colour. Hardware is removed and refitted. The door is ready to use the same evening.
We work on timber, composite, uPVC and steel front doors. The process and coatings differ by substrate but the result is the same: a fresh, hard-wearing finish that looks new. Typical cost: 295 to 550 pounds. See the front door spraying service page for full detail.
Garage Door Spraying
Garage door spraying updates the second-largest door surface on most properties. We work on up-and-over steel doors, roller doors, sectional doors and timber side-hinged garages. A resprayed garage door in a matching or coordinating colour to the front door gives the exterior a coherent, finished look.
Typical cost: 350 to 650 pounds. Turnaround: one day. See the garage door spraying service page.
uPVC Spray Painting
uPVC spray painting changes the colour of windows, doors, frames and conservatories without replacement. Yellowed white uPVC can be restored to a fresh white. Existing white can be changed to anthracite grey, black, green or any other colour. The specialist uPVC primer and coating system bonds to the plastic and provides a flexible finish that moves with the uPVC through seasonal temperature changes.
Typical cost: 400 to 1,500 pounds for a typical house (all windows and frames). Conservatories are priced separately. See the uPVC spray painting service page.
Exterior Spraying: Walls and Render
Exterior house spraying covers rendered walls, painted brick, timber cladding and composite panels. The spray gun provides an even coat on textured surfaces that brush or roller cannot match. All work includes pressure washing, crack repair, masking and primer before colour coats.
Typical cost: 1,200 to 3,500 pounds for a semi-detached house with rendered walls. Work is weather-dependent and planned for suitable conditions. 5-year guarantee included. See the exterior spraying service page or our full exterior house spraying guide.
Interior Spraying: Woodwork and Joinery
Interior spray painting covers any fixed timber surface inside the home: staircases and banisters, skirting boards, architraves, window boards, panelling, built-in shelving and more. The spray process produces a smooth, brush-mark-free finish that is particularly effective on ornate joinery and profiled surfaces where a brush would leave marks in the detail.
We mask all adjacent surfaces thoroughly. On stairs and banisters we work progressively so that access is maintained throughout. Typical cost: 400 to 1,800 pounds depending on scope. See the interior spraying service page.
Built-In Wardrobes and Fitted Furniture
Built-in wardrobes, fitted bookshelves, home office units and alcove furniture can all be spray painted in situ or with doors removed for off-site finishing. This is popular for wardrobes with flat-fronted sliding doors, which spray in a consistent colour to give a sleek, contemporary look.
Typical cost: 400 to 1,200 pounds per unit. Turnaround: one to two days.
Radiator Spraying
Radiators are often overlooked in a room refresh but their colour has a significant effect on the look of the space. A tired white radiator in a room with freshly painted woodwork stands out immediately. We spray radiators in any colour to coordinate with the room scheme. Cast iron radiators require removal for best results but can be sprayed in place with careful masking.
Typical cost: 60 to 180 pounds per radiator. Combined with an interior joinery project, radiators can often be included at reduced cost per unit.
Spray Granite Worktops
Spray granite is a specialist service that applies a granite-effect coating to existing kitchen worktops. The process involves cleaning and preparing the existing worktop, applying a base coat and then a textured granite-effect topcoat that replicates the appearance of natural granite at a fraction of the replacement cost.
Typical cost: 400 to 900 pounds for a full kitchen worktop set. Turnaround: one day. See the spray granite service page.
Colour Matching
Our colour matching service uses a spectrophotometer to measure and reproduce any colour from a physical sample. We can match paint tins, tiles, fabric, powder-coated metal and almost any other surface. We work with RAL, NCS, British Standard, Farrow and Ball, Little Greene, Dulux and Pantone references. See the colour matching service page.
Laser Stripping
Laser stripping removes paint, lacquer and coatings from surfaces without chemicals or abrasion. It is particularly effective for removing thick paint build-up from period joinery, intricate mouldings and surfaces that cannot be mechanically sanded without damage. The process is clean, precise and leaves the substrate in perfect condition for repainting. See the laser stripping service page.

It delivers the biggest visible transformation for the cost and allows customers to completely change the look and feel of the most-used room in the home without the cost and disruption of a full replacement kitchen. Front door spraying runs a close second and is often booked alongside a kitchen project.

Combining services can reduce the total cost compared to booking separately, as setup, travel and masking can be shared across multiple surfaces.
